The Four Stripe Damsel (Dascyllus melanurus), also called the Blacktail Humbug, is a hardy, boldly patterned damsel marked with crisp black-and-white vertical bars. Extremely durable and easy to keep, it is an active, attractive fish — though it grows territorial with age, so house it with tankmates that can hold their own. Reef safe and undemanding.
