7-Day Guarantee

To file a Live Arrival claim:

  1. Photo of DOA fish in unopened bag
  2. Order number

Email within 2 hours of delivery. After that, the guarantee expires.

DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL)

  • Report within 2 hours of delivery
  • Photo of fish in bag before opening
  • Full refund or replacement (your choice)

ACCLIMATION REQUIRED

To be covered under any guarantee, you must properly acclimate all arrivals:

  1. Float sealed bag 15-20 minutes (temperature match)
  2. Drip acclimate 30-60 minutes minimum
  3. Do not dump bag water into your tank

POLICY LIMITS

  • Guarantee is per-fish, not per-order
  • Replacement fish receive a new 7-day guarantee
  • Refunds issued as store credit (except DOA = original payment)
  • We reserve the right to request additional photos or refuse repeat claims

Some species require expert-level care and are exempt from our 7-Day Guarantee. These are marked "Expert Only" on the product page.
