Reef Roids is the coral food that built its own cult following — a naturally occurring blend of marine planktons, including a zooplankton around 150–200 microns, sized right for SPS, zoanthids, mushrooms, and other filter-feeding corals. Goniopora keepers especially swear by it: regular target feeding is one of the most reliable ways to keep flower pot corals thriving long-term.
How we feed it at Ocean To You: mix a small scoop with tank water into a slurry, kill your return pump, and target-feed with a pipette or baster — or broadcast feed for whole-tank polyp extension. Start 1–2x per week and watch coloration and polyp response improve.
