The Scooter Blenny (Synchiropus ocellatus) is a peaceful, endearing dragonet that "scoots" across the rockwork and sand on its pectoral fins, hunting tiny invertebrates. Its mottled camouflage and tall dorsal fin give it a quirky charm. Best kept in an established reef with a healthy live population of copepods, as it grazes continuously; supplement with enriched frozen foods. Reef safe and harmless to corals.
