Want a specific fish or coral? We can order it and deliver it right to your tank on your next service visit. Simply mention it to your technician or text us at 346-829-3355 with what you're looking for. If an item is back ordered, we check availability every Friday until it comes in.

VACATION CARE

Going out of town? We've got you covered. We'll stop by daily to feed your fish, top off freshwater, and check on your system to make sure everything is running smoothly while you're away.

SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS

Service Days: Monday — Friday  |  Service Hours: 9:00 AM — 7:00 PM

We do not service on weekends except for emergency visits.

Arrival Window: All appointments are scheduled with a 2-hour arrival window. You'll receive an "on the way" text when your technician is en route so you know exactly when to expect us.

Traffic & Delays: Houston traffic is unpredictable. While we do our best to stay within the 2-hour arrival window, traffic and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If we’re running behind, we’ll reach out to let you know.

A late appointment is NOT a missed appointment. If we’re delayed due to traffic, we will still complete your service that day. If the adjusted timing doesn’t work for you, we’re happy to reschedule time at no charge — just let us know.

RESCHEDULING AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
  • 48+ hours notice — Free reschedule, no fees

Less than 48 hours notice or a missed appointment = $75 fee. Our technician will wait a maximum of 15 minutes. No access after 15 minutes = incomplete visit + $75 fee.
EMERGENCY VISITS

Equipment failure? Major leak? Call us at 346-829-3355 and leave a voicemail. If it is after hours, call twice to get through for emergencies. We will do our best to get a technician out as soon as possible.

Emergency and same-day visits are subject to a $149 emergency service fee in addition to the standard service rate and/or any necessary repairs.

BILLING AND PAYMENT

All service is charged before each visit. You have two billing options for your monthly service:

  • Once a month — Full monthly balance charged at the beginning of the billing cycle. Your invoice is sent on the 24th of each month and is due by the 1st, giving you 7 days to pay.
  • Twice a month — Split into two payments throughout the billing cycle and are due upon receipt. 
Any invoice unpaid after 48 hours overdue will incur a $25 late fee. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension until the balance is resolved.
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
  • Vehicles: Please move any vehicles that may block access. Our technician needs to park within 50 feet of the aquarium.
  • Pets: All pets must be secured before arrival. Doors will be opened for hose routing.
  • Door Codes and Keys: Any access information you provide is kept strictly confidential and secure.
LIVESTOCK AND DISEASE PREVENTION

At Ocean To You, every animal goes through a comprehensive quarantine and treatment protocol. We do not rely on a single medication — every fish is treated for all known diseases before it enters your tank. This is what separates us from big box stores and online retailers.

Introducing fish, corals, snails, or any livestock from outside sources can bring diseases like ich, velvet, and bacterial infections into your system that can wipe out an entire tank.

Ocean To You Aquariums is not liable for livestock loss due to animals, corals, or invertebrates introduced from outside sources. We strongly recommend sourcing all livestock through us to ensure the health and safety of your aquarium.
EQUIPMENT AND WARRANTY

We handle all manufacturer defects on equipment purchased through Ocean To You. For equipment purchased elsewhere, we are happy to walk you through troubleshooting and resolution steps.

Ocean To You Aquariums is not responsible for any damages, leaks, or losses resulting from aquarium equipment failure.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
For every client you refer who signs up and stays on recurring service for 3 months, you earn a FREE service visit. No limit — the more you refer, the more you earn. Just have your friend mention your name when they sign up.
YOUR SAFETY AND TRUST
  • Background Checked Technicians: Every technician has passed a thorough background check. We guarantee criminal-free technicians entering your home or business.
  • Door Codes and Keys: All access information is kept strictly confidential and secure at all times.
  • Photos and Media: Technicians may photograph your aquarium for marketing purposes. Your home address, location, and personal belongings will never be posted or shared.
