Important placement note: Hydnophora is an aggressive coral with potent stinging tentacles. Give it at least 4-6 inches of clearance from all neighboring corals — it will sting and damage anything it touches as it grows. Place in medium to high lighting and moderate flow. Maintain stable alkalinity (8-9 dKH), calcium (420-450 ppm), and magnesium (1350-1450 ppm).
