This is a true O2U Citrus Punch Montipora (Montipora sp.) — Citrus Punch is an Ocean To You in-house aquacultured exclusive — grown and named right here in our Sugar Land facility.
This morph features a bright lime-green encrusting body accented with light orange polyps and eyes, creating a vibrant citrus color blend that pops under blue-heavy reef spectrum lighting. Because it is aquacultured in our own systems, this piece is fully adapted to aquarium life — hardier and more reliable than wild-collected Montipora.
Place in medium to high lighting (PAR 150-300) and moderate flow. Montipora is one of the most forgiving SPS corals in the hobby, making the Citrus Punch an excellent choice for hobbyists stepping into SPS keeping. Maintain stable alkalinity (8-9 dKH), calcium (420-450 ppm), and magnesium (1350-1450 ppm). Slowly acclimate to new lighting over 1-2 weeks.
