The Sailfin Tang (Zebrasoma veliferum) is one of the most impressive and beginner-friendly tangs in the saltwater hobby. Known for its massive, sail-like dorsal fin that nearly doubles its body height when displayed, this tang brings instant visual drama to any large reef or FOWLR system.
Juveniles display bold yellow and white vertical bands that gradually fade into a mottled gray-brown adult coloration with subtle yellow accents on the face. Hardy, active, and full of personality — Sailfins are excellent algae grazers and a top choice for controlling nuisance algae in larger reef tanks.
At Ocean To You, every fish is quarantined and observed before sale. We don't sell sick fish.
